Microbiome Assay and Metaproteomics
This project focuses on advanced function-based study of the interactions of prebiotics, drugs, and other xenobiotics with the gut microbiome, and the utilisation of microbiome assays in precision prebiotic microbiome intervention trials aimed at promoting healthy aging.
